What can you do to help us follow the guidelines from the CDC to prevent the spread of COVID-19:
2. Understand that traditional procedures you may enjoy will temporarily be suspended in order to comply with the recommendations of local, state, and federal officials.
– Paper Invoices will no longer be left at the time of the services. We will rely on our After-Service Emails to supply you with the digital copy of the invoice.
-If we do not have an email on file or if you request a paper copy, we will mail invoices out on a weekly basis. But you can view all your account activity on your customer portal by visiting www.RichGreenLawns.com and select Customer Login on top of any page.
-We encourage you to pay your bills online through the customer portal or by calling in a credit card payment.
